We are the home of What’s On in Swansea! You can add your event to our listings completely free and it’s a great opportunity to get your event seen by thousands of visitors daily.
All events are checked before being approved and published, and may be edited to fit in with the style of the site. We aim to make approved events live within 72 hours.
Please read the following notes carefully before submitting your event;
The visitswanseabay.com team reserve the right to decide whether the event is suitable for the website. If we feel your event is not suitable or relevant, it will not be added.
Images must be landscape and no larger than 1200 pixels wide and 706 pixels high. No posters. If these guidelines are not adhered to, your events may not be approved or we may substitute your image with something appropriate.
Events must occur at a venue or location within Swansea, Mumbles and Gower. If you are having problems submitting your event, please contact us at tourism.team@swansea.gov.uk.
Please only include a public contact email address or phone number if you are happy to be contacted by the public – otherwise use contact details related to the event.
