Oxwich Bay is a large sandy stretch with lots on offer – sea, surf, dunes, salt marsh, fine food, shops – and it’s easy to get to.

Accessible via car and public transport (SA3 1LS).

Oxwich beach is one of the easier beaches to reach by car and has a large shorefront carpark and nearby amenities.

Car Park: Large private car park on the shorefront (charges apply), electric charging station.

Toilets: Yes, including accessible.

Refreshments: Kiosk on the beach plus a nearby restaurant, hotel and other shops.

Public transport: Yes.

Dogs: Allowed on beach all year.

Wheelchair access: Yes.

Lifeguards: No.

Oxwich is suitable for watersports although jet-skis are banned and boats should be members of Oxwich Boat Club. There is no lifeguard so take care.
