The evening is part of the hotel's wider strategy to diversify and strengthen it's offering in a bid to become a leading luxury resort.
Guests will be invited to indulge in a five-course traditional Welsh meal, created using only the finest locally sourced Gower ingredients.

Dishes on the menu include, haddock and cockle chowder, salt marsh rump of lamb with Penclawdd Marsh samphire and a Welsh cake stack, filled with strawberry compote and clotted cream.
