Swansea Bay celebrates after beauty spots scoop 9 awards.

Mewslade Bay, near Rhossili
Tourist bosses in Swansea say they are over the moon after Pwll Du, Mewslade, Tor Bay and Rhossili all won the coveted Green Coast Award. Set up by 'Keep Wales Tidy', the award recognises small beaches that have the highest environmental standards and top quality bathing water.
Lesley Jones, chief executive of Keep Wales Tidy, said the accolades were a great advertisement for the lesser-known beaches.
Five beauty spots are also flying the Blue Flag for Swansea Bay: Bracelet Bay, Caswell Bay, Langland Bay, Port Eynon and Swansea Marina have once again all landed prestigious Blue Flag status after making the grade.
